Pippo Santonastaso, Cosetta Gigli along with an exceptional cast with Luigi Paolucci, Italo Ciciriello, Marco Manca, Claudio Bonino, Orsetta Borghero confirm a theater season banner of great success, leaving pleasantly surprised all the spectators from Aosta to Palermo who attended to the operetta "Al Cavallino Bianco":
Operetta is taking place in Austria on Lake St. Wolfgang where is placed the hotel "Al Cavallino Bianco".
The first waiter of the hotel, Leopoldo (Luigi Paolucci), loves the beautiful owner Gioseffa (Cosetta Gigli), but 'not worthy of a look because' turns his attentions to a young Italian client, the lawyer Giorgio Bellati who, like every year, spends his holidays on the lake.

Zanetto Pesamenole (Italo Ciciriello), rich business man and his daughter Ottilia, come to the hotel.
Father and daughter are on vacation in Austria to restore themselves, since they have a pending case with some Cogoli, business man fron Padua.
Although the first encounter between the young Bellati and the beautiful Ottilia is not exciting, Rudy (Pippo Santonastaso), senses that the two could develop a love and so he is working to avert Bellati from the attentions of Gioseffa so that Leopoldo can win the landlady and get so 'favor and a debt of money which he had promised in case of marriage between the two.
Meanwhile, Leopoldo becomes more acute in his offers of love and the landlady does not hesitate to dismiss him.
Professor Hinzelmann (Claudio Bonino) and her daughter Claretta (Orsetta Borghero) who can only afford a little trip every 3 years because of their precarious financial conditions, arrive at the hotel also.

Cogoli to settle the case which has dragged on for some time with Pesamenole sends "Al Cavallino Bianco" his son Sigismund (Marco Manca), so as to arrange a marriage between the young and Ottilia Pesamenole.
In the midst of these intrigues, arrives at the Archduke, wise and generous with advice. All are preparing to welcome him with the utmost courtesy, but Leopold ruin everything with a great scene of jealousy.
All this will be 'dressed by the inevitable happy ending and marriages (including one between Gioseffa and Leopoldo) and vows of eternal love.
